Terms of Use

By downloading or using Bank of Todays ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using the App

Bank of Todays is a personal reflection app. You may use it for your own private, non-commercial reflection. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. Your Content

Everything you write in Bank of Todays belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your deposits, photos, or any other content you create. You are responsible for the content you store in the App.

3. Pro Subscription

Bank of Todays offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks cloud sync, Statements, Life Calendar, Health Context, and Photo Places.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Profile → Plan Details → Manage Subscription in the app, or from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
If you cancel or your subscription lapses, deposits and deposit photos already synced to our servers are automatically deleted 30 days after your Pro access ends, unless you resubscribe before then. This does not affect your account, profile, or any data on your own device — only synced deposit content.

4. Basic Tier

The Basic (free) tier allows unlimited deposits stored locally on your device. Basic users' data is never deleted when they remain on the Basic tier.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Bank of Todays available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bank of Todays is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamstinct is not liable for any loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Always maintain your own backups of important personal data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
